Gentle Steps Arts Academy (GSAA) was founded by Tanisha Gibbons in 2014, a Barbados Community College Dance graduate.  The academy offers art education in the disciplines of dance, vocal music and drama with highly trained, qualified teachers.  The academy places heavy emphasis on personal development as GSAA believes that success goes beyond academic achievement.  Hence, GSAA seeks to hone the creative spirit within each student who enters our academy, endeavoring to create bold, confident individuals, empowering them to make an impact on the world through the Arts.

Gentle Steps Arts Academy offers international examinations annually, in the genres of Imperial Classical Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, London, UK. Examination levels range from Amateur to Professional level.
